Scope

These terms govern your use of the Mordane Group website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Permitted use

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not scrape it at scale, probe or disrupt its security, misrepresent your identity, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others. Automated access that degrades the service is not allowed.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, wordmark, and design of the site belong to Mordane Group or its licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy substantial parts, or reuse the wordmark, without written permission.

No advice, no warranty

The site is informational. It does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice, and it is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mordane Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

The site may link to services we do not control, such as our hosting and database provider. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
